Cave of the Mounds is open all year 'round!
Cave tours last approximately 1 hour. Extended programs are available
year round for schools and groups. Tours depart rain or shine.
Tour Schedule
We are currently in our WINTER SEASON hours: November 16 - March 14
Weekdays - Hours vary, Call for tour times (608) 437-3038.
Weekends - On the Hour, 10am to 4pm (last tour departs at 4pm)

SPRING: March 15 - Friday before Memorial Day Weekend
Weekdays - On the Hour, 10am to 4pm (last tour departs at 4pm)
Weekends - 30 Minute Intervals, 9am to 5pm (last tour 5pm)
SUMMER: Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend (incl. Monday)
Weekdays and Weekends - 20-30 minute intervals 9am to 6pm (last tour departs at 6 pm)
FALL: Tuesday after Labor Day Weekend - November 15
Weekdays - On the Hour, 10am to 4pm (last tour departs at 4pm)
Weekends - 30 Minute Intervals, 9am to 5pm (last tour 5pm)
Holiday Hours 2010
Open - November 26-28; December 26, 2010-January 2, 2011. Tours on the hour, 10am to 4pm (last tour departs at 4pm).
Closed – November 25 (Thanksgiving Day) and December 24-25 (Christmas Eve & Day)
Rates
Adults ........................$ 15.00
Children (age 4-12) .........$ 7.50
Children (age 3 & under)...free with paid adult

dress appropriately.
- Tours depart Rain or Shine. We are near the highest point in southern Wisconsin so our grounds are well drained.
