Purchasing a Ticket Online
Please note that everything in our online store is also available for purchase in person.
To purchase tickets online, please enter our shop via the “Shop Here” button above.
There are several tabs towards the top of the screen. The second tab is labeled “Advance tickets…” This is where you can buy tickets.
When ordering, select the date and time either in the top lefthand corner or during checkout, depending on whether you are ordering on a computer, tablet, or phone.
Once you choose a date and time. Please know that we are flexible on the time you arrive and that the last entry is at 4 PM.
If you need to change the date, call us at 608-437-3038 or email us at info@caveofthemounds.com and we can change it for you.
Picking up Tickets
When you arrive at Cave of the Mounds, please look for signs for tickets or online ticket pickup.
Pick up physical tickets at one of these locations. You do not need a confirmation email. We can look you up by first and last name with a form of I.D.
When picking up tickets, a staff member will go over the ticket information with you and let you know where to go for your tour.
