Cave After Dark is a popular series of themed events for adults twenty-one and older. Each event includes an after hours cave experience, food and beverage tastings, live music, and cash bar. These events typically sell out so purchasing tickets in advance is strongly recommended.

ROCKStoberfest – A Cave After Dark Oktoberfest Celebration!
This October, Cave of the Mounds invites you to experience an unforgettable evening of live music, local flavors, and an exclusive after-hours cave tour at ROCKStoberfest, part of the beloved “Cave After Dark” series. This adults-only event takes place on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and is the perfect way to celebrate fall with an Oktoberfest twist!
As part of the evening’s festivities, guests will enjoy a cave tour in a unique after-dark setting, along with live music to keep the party going all night. What’s Oktoberfest without a good drink? Every ticket includes a complimentary beverage, and our bar will be open for additional purchases. Local cheese boards, featuring Wisconsin’s cheeses, will also be available for sale, adding a savory touch to the celebration.

Cave After Dark Ticket Information
- Tickets include exclusive after hours access to the cave, food and beverage samples as well as live music above and below ground.
- A variety of Wisconsin craft beers, and wines as well as Wisconsin cheese and sausage trays will be available for purchase at the Visitor Center Bar which accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card.
- Purchasing tickets in advance is recommended. Cave After Dark events typically sell out.
- This event will take place RAIN or SHINE. We have the best rainy day venue in Wisconsin – the Cave!
